Checking Account Coach is the newest interactive coach available from CUNA's Anytime Adviser program.

Interactive coaches talk members through the best strategies for buying a house or a new or used car, balancing a checking account, and managing credit.

Checking Account Coach quizzes members on their comfort level with checking accounts and leads them through a work sheet to select the right account. It also details the basics of writing checks, ways to avoid check forgery, and tips for balancing checking accounts.

Anytime Adviser is a suite of five online, interactive coaches that helps members make smarter financial decisions and emphasizes why members should begin at their credit union.

Others available include Home Buying Coach, New-Car Buying Coach, and Used-Car Buying Coach. The Credit Management Coach will be released later this year. More than 100 credit union Web sites now offer Anytime Adviser to their members.
